The Board resolution dated August 20, 2021, the BOD of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan to sell its treasury shares with the following details:

- Stock name: Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company

- Stock type: common share

- Stock code: KDH

- Selling volume: 19,850,640 shares

- Purpose: to supplement its working capital.

- Selling price: as the market price

- Trading method: order matching or put through.

- Time of implementation: expected in September 2021 or October 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
