Van Phat Hung Corporation announce BOD’s resolution as below.

- BOD agreed to contribute capital into Nha Be Real Estate J.S Company with details:

+ Number of subscription shares: 59,400,000 shares

+ Subscription price: 10,000 dongs / share

+ Type of shares: common share

- Authorizing to mr Vo Anh Tuan to represend the company at Nha Be Real Estate J.S Company.

- Mr. Vo Anh Tuan is allowed to authorize the representation to another when he is in business trip.
