5)      Record date: September 07, 2021               

6)      Purpose: to make stock dividend payment for 2020.

-          Estimated issue volume: 39,674,187 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:15

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 1,550 shares at the record date, he will receive  232.5 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 232 shares. The fractional part ( 0.5 share) will be cancelled.
