-   Ex-right date:                       August 25, 2021   

-   Record date:                         August 26, 2021                    

-          Purpose: stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital.

-   Exercise ratio: 10:2                  

(The one who owns 100 shares will receive 02 new shares).

-   Estimated issue volume: 18,270,807 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The remaining shares and fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.

Place of implementation:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: shareholders will transfer rights, register to buy shares and pay money at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
