Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company announces BOD's resolution of a plan for public offering as follows:

− Planned record date: 30 August 2021

− 2020 stock dividend: 100:5 (receiving 5 new shares for owning 100 current shares)

− 2021 public offering: 3:2 (receiving 1 purchasing right for owning 01 current share, purchased shares = purchasing right x 2/3 and round down to unit after that)

+ Offering price: VND10,000/share

+ Transferring time: from September 08, 2021 to September 29, 2021

+ Subscription time: from September 08, 2021 to Octorber 04, 2021

The Chairman of the BOD is assign to sign related documents of the issuances.
