Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation (VSC) received an official letter dated August 02, 2021 by the State Securities Commission notifying that the Company’s dossier on the ownership limit of foreign investors at Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation (VSC) at 49% is sufficient and valid as prescribed in the Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 by the Government detailing the implementation of several articles of Securities Law.
