The EGM approved a resolution of private offering for increasing capital as below.

- Stock type: common share

- Issued shares: 6,500,000 shares

- Offering price: 10,000 dong/share

- Object: profesional investors

- Number of investor: under 100 investors

The EGM assigned the BOD to adjust the company’s regulation and decide process of the issuance.
