Record date:   August 24, 2021

 The payment for the second phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

Payment date:                          September 15, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  KIDO Group as from September 15, 2021.
