2)      Report on the use of capital:

-          Project progress according to the Company’s plan: Quarter 2 of 2021

-          Current project progress: July 01, 2021

-          Changes (if any): According to the initial plan, BCG will invest VND150 billion in BCG Energy JSC, and BCG Energy JSC will contribute capital in VNECO – Vinh Long. However, because the parent company BCG has not contributed capital, BCG Energy JSC borrowed to contribute capital in order to ensure the progress of capital contribution in VNECO – Vinh Long. Therefore, after receiving capital from BCG, BCG Energy JSC will repay loans.
