According to Board Resolution No.13/2021 dated July 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company (stock code: HNG) decided the following issues:

1)      To suspend the issue of 550,000,000 shares to swap the debt worth VND5,500,000,000,000 at Truong Hai Agriculture Joint Stock Company (short name: THAGRICO);

2)      To suspend the private placement of 191,446,105 shares to THAGRICO. In the next general meeting of shareholders, the Board of Directors will submit a list of professional investors to replace THAGRICO in the private placement or submit a plan for suspension of private placement.
