Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

- Name of the subsidiary: Huong Hoa Holding JSC

- Address: 14-16 Ham Long street, Phan Chu Trinh ward, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city.

- Charter capital: VND201,250,000,000 (Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company contributed 19.999% of the charter capital or VND40,249,990,000).

- Mr. Hoang Manh Duy, CEO of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company, was authorized to mange VND40,249,990,000 of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company in Huong Hoa Holding JSC.
