On July 27, 2021, Viet Nam National Petroleum Group announces the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 25,064,846 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 8,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to supplement its working capital.

- Expected trading period: from August 06, 2021 to September 03, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching.
