The Board resolution dated July 26, 2021, the BOD of  Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance for 2020 dividend payment:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 9,003,738 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 25%/charter capital

-          Number of distributed shares: 9,003,189 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 3,020 shareholders.

2)      Approving the increase of the company’s charter capital after the issuance:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND360,149,520,000

-          Additional charter capital: VND90,031,890,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND450,181,410,000, equivalent to 45,018,141 shares.

3)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.

4)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 9,003,189 new shares and time of implementation will be expected in August 2021.
