−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Total issued volume: shares

−        Outstanding volume: 258,867,849 shares

−        Estimated issue volume: 77,660,354 shares

−        Total issue value: VND776,603,540,000

−        Exercise ratio: 30%% (those who own 20 shares will receive 03 new shares) 

−        Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit until 12/31/2020

−        Issue date: after receiving the approval from the State Securities Commission.

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 102102 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 102 x 30% = 300.6 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 30 shares. The fractional part (0.6) will be cancelled.
