On July 19, 2021, the Board of Directors of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) approved agreements with related persons as follows:

1)      Receiving the fee-based transfers of all intellectual property rights to trademarks, domain names being registered under the name Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank to the legal entity Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (for trademarks, domain names related to TCBS).

2)      For new/unregistered trademarks, domain names, TCBS have responsibilities for proactively registering trademarks, purchasing domain names; or renewing trademarks for the registered ones if necessary.
