-          Location: Hoi Van hamlet, Cat Hiep commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province, Viet Nam.

-          Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000.

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Owning ratio by Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company: 60%, or VND90,000,000,000.

-          Representative of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company at Hoi Van ONSEN Co., Ltd.: Mr. Dang Trung Kien, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
