The Board resolution dated July 16, 2021, the BOD of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation approved the following issues:

- Approving to increase its charter capital from VND1,000,999,060, 000 to VND1,051,046,650,000, due to stock issuance for the 2020 dividend payment.
