1)      Approving the result of public offering to existing shareholders:

-          Registered offering volume: 292,946,400 shares

-          Distributed volume: 287,542,615 shares

-          Total proceeds: VND3,450,511,380,000.

-          Transfer restriction: none.

2)      Approving the company continues to distribute the unsold shares and fractional shares to other investors:

-          Number of shares continue to distribute: 5,403,785 shares

-          Selling price: VND16,000/share

-          Payment date: before 15:00, July 16, 2021,

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the finish date of the offering.
