The Board resolution dated July 12, 2021, the BOD of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to continue to invest, contribute capital in TPS. Accordingly, TPB buys 9,010,000 shares of Tien Phong Securities Corporation (TPS) for the additional issuance to existing shareholders of TPS with the purchase price of VND10,000 to ensure the ownership ratio of TPB in TPS to 9.01%.
