On July 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 approved to re-lease land from Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (a company related to Mr. Le Trong Duc and Mr. Nguyen Van Luong, Members of the Board of Directors) in Chau Duc Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. The contract value will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements. The land leasing time will last until October 2058.
