On July 09, 2021, LDG Investment Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the following issues:

1)      Approving the establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors, including:

-          Mr. Trinh Quoc Nam – Chairman of Audit Committee

-          Mr. Le Van Vu – Member of Audit Committee.

2)      Approving the regulation on the Audit Committee activities.

3)      Approving the establishment of Internal Audit.
