Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company announces Board resolutions No.27 and 28 dated July 06, 2021 as follows:

- The Board of Directors approved to adjust the maximum offering value at par value to be VND700 billion.

- The Board of Directors approved the dossier of public offering with the maximum offering value at par value of VND700 billion.
