The Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to announce a record date for the 2020 dividend payment as follows:

− Record date: July 26, 2021

− Purpose: to make the 2020 dividend payment

− Issue ratio: 100:9.1206 (those who own 100 shares will receive 9.1206 new shares)
