Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting 2021 dated June 28, 2021 with the following contents:
1) The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021:
- The resignation of Mr. Bui Viet Hoai as Chairman of BOD.
- The resignation of members of BOD, including:
+ Mr. Ly Quang Thai;
+ Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong;
+ Mrs. Trinh Thi Ngoc Bien;
+ Mrs. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc.
2) The AGM approved the business result in 2020:
- Total revenue: 1,362 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: -187 billion dongs.
3) The AGM approved the business plan in 2021:
- Total revenue: 1,227 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 30 billion dongs.
4) AGM approved remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021:
