On June 04, Pymepharco Joint Stock Company received a public tender offer from STADA Service Holding B.V (hereinafter called STADA) as follows:

-          Owning volume by STADA and related persons at present: 74,655,714 voting shares (99.53% of PME’ charter capital)

-          Estimated buying volume by STADA: 355,911 voting shares (0.47% of PME’ charter capital)

-          Owning volume by STADA and related persons after trading: 75,011,625 voting shares (100% of PME’ charter capital)

-          Estimated buying price: 85,000 dongs/share

-          Trading time: within 30 days to 60 days after the State Securities Commission approves the public tender offer and the Company discloses information under the laws.
