The Board resolution dated June 07, 2021, the BOD of 577 Investment Corporation approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

- Record date: June 25, 2021

- Exercise ratio: 16%/share (1,600 dongs/share)

- Payment date: September 24, 2021.
