On Jun 04, 2021, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the stock dividend plan and the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) as follows:

1)      Issuing shares to pay dividends for 2020:

-          Stock code: GEC

-          Outstanding volume: 271,175,188 shares

-          Issue ratio: 4% on the outstanding volume

-          Estimated issue volume: 10,847,007 shares

-          Financial resource: the retained profit in 2020

-          Issue time: in Quarter III of 2021

-          How to deal with fraction shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.

2)      Issuing shares under ESOP:

-          Estimated issue volume: 5,423,504 shares (2% on the outstanding volume)

-          Issue time: in Quarter III of 2021

3)      Approving the rules on ESOP, list of employees in ESOP and the number of shares in ESOP.

4)      Approving the plan for dealing with fractional shares and unsold shares in the public offering under the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated 04/29/2021:

-          The number of shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be decided by the Board of Directors.
