The Board resolution dated June 04, 2021, the BOD of TNS Holdings approved the establishment of Audit Committee with the following members:

1)      Mrs. Nguyen Thi Yen – Independent member of BOD:        Chairwoman of Audit Committee

2)      Mrs. Nguyen Thu Trang – Chairman of BOD:                      member of Audit Committee.
