According to the Board resolution dated June 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved a property mortgage transaction and related documents between Techcombank and 3F Viet Joint Stock Company, a related party with Techcombank’s major shareholder, as follows:

- Mortgage party: 3F Viet Joint Stock Company

- L/C value: 1,960,000.00 EUR

- Purpose of issuing L/C: to import equipment

- Collateral: a deposit contract in VND at Techcombank.
