On May 25, 2021, Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company (VMD) received an official document from the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) regarding the record date for the 2020 cash dividend payment. Accordingly, the record date on May 31, 2021 will not ensure compliance with the regulations on exercising rights for securities holders (an issuer must send a dossier on exercising rights to VSD at least 08 days prior to the record date).
