-          Record date:  June 15, 2021

-          Payment date: June 24, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 9.6%/ par value (VND960/ share)

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Corporation  as from June 24, 2021.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
