According to the Board resolution dated June 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the result of stock issuance to pay dividend and the handle of fractional shares as follows:

-          Issue volume: 4,069,362 shares

-          Distributed volume: 4,069,034 shares

-          Fractional shares volume: 328 shares

According to the Annual General Meeting 2021 dated May 15, 2021, the fractional shares of 328 shares will be cancelled.
