On June 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Tien Phong Securities Corporation (TPS) unanimously approved to implement the provision of consulting service for the private placement of shares of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPB) in order to increase TPB’s charter capital to VND1,000 billion. The implementation time is estimated to be from June 2021 to the end of private placement or under the agreement between TPS and TPB.
