On June 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SII) approved a plan for capital support and debt treatment for Sai Gon – Pleiku Water Supply Corporation, a subsidiary of SII, in order to restructure debts of Sai Gon – Pleiku Water Supply Corporation, as follows:

-          Supporting 9.7 billion dongs so that Sai Gon – Pleiku Water Supply Corporation can pay a part of principal of loan from VPBank, including 5 billion due on June 25, 2021; and 4.7 billion dongs used for an advance payment of a part of principal. Time for disbursement: in June 2021.

-          Transferring all of 79,650,754,782 dongs supported by Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation to Sai Gon – Pleiku Water Supply Corporation to a contributed capital into Sai Gon – Pleiku Water Supply Corporation.

-          Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation together with Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved to guarantee the loan of Sai Gon – Pleiku Water Supply Corporation at HDBank.
