The Board resolution dated June 25, 2021, the BOD of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to transfer shares in Truong Thanh Dai Phat Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 600,000 shares, equivalent to 30% of charter capital of Truong Thanh Dai Phat Joint Stock Company.

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Expected transfer price: no less than VND10,000/share

-          After the transfer completes, Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company will own 20% of the remaining shares in Truong Thanh Dai Phat Joint Stock Company.

-          Expected transfer period: June 28, 2021.
