The Board resolution dated June 23, 2021, the BOD of HDB Securities Corporation approved the the stock offering plan to existing shareholders for capital increase with the following details:

-          Offering volume: 71,300,000 shares

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND713,000,000,000

-          Offering form: to offer shares to existing shareholders.

-          Exercise ratio: 1:3.3 (shareholder who owns 01 share will be entitled to purchase 3.3 new shares).

-          The rights should be transferred only once.

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          How to deal with fractional shares and unsold shares (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors with the selling price is not less than VND 10,000/share.

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND1,023,000,000,000.
