The Board resolution dated June 22, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the plan for using capital from the stock private placement:

Total proceeds from the private placement will be used to repay bank, suppliers, stakeholders.

2)      Approving Truong Hai Agriculture Joint Stock company (THAGRICO) as the unit for the stock private placement.

3)      Approving the foreign investors ownership limit to 50%.

4)      Approving the dossiers of private placement to swap debt and private placement.
