The Board resolution dated June 23, 2021, the BOD of Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,233,891 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 5,233,444 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 1,735 shareholders

-          Number of fractional shares: 447 shares.

Approving to cancel the fractional shares of 447 shares due to rounding down to dozen according to the Board resolution dated May 04, 2021 by the Board of Directors regarding the implementation of the stock issuance plan to pay dividend for 2020.

-          Stock volume after the issuance: 57,612,444 shares.

2)      Approving the adjustment of the company’s Business Registration Certificate and charter with new charter capital to VND576,124,440,000, equivalent to 57,612,444 shares.

3)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 5,233,444 shares.
