The Board resolution dated June 21, 2021, the BOD of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 approved the following issues:
1) Approving the policy to invest in Hau Giang biomass power plant project:
- Project name: Hau Giang biomass power plant
- Capacity scale: 20MW
- Location: Area 5, Thuan An Ward, Long My Town, Hau Giang Province.
- Total value of investment: VND875.18 billion
- Investment funds:
+ Owner’s equity: 30%, equivalent to VND262.554 billion;
+ Bank loan: 70%, equivalent to VND612.626 billion.
- Implementation progress:
+ Project start: Quarter IV/2021
+ COD: Unit 1: March 2023; Unit 2: September 2023.
2) Approving the plan to contribute capital for establishing the project of Hau Giang Biomass Energy Joint Stock Company:
- Location: Binh Thanh Ward, Long My Town, Hau Giang Province.
- Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (TV2 contributes 10% charter capital, equivalent to VND2,000,000,000.
- To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang as representative of contributed capital in Hau Giang Biomass Energy Joint Stock Company.
