According to Decision No.428 dated June 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of a contract for office security services (from 07/01/2021 to 12/31/2021) with Sonadezi Security Service Co., Ltd. The contract value will be negotiated but less than 35% of the total assets in the Company‘s latest financial statements.
