On June 22, 2021, Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 81,562,287 shares

- Number of registered shares to sell: 81,562,287 shares

- Purpose: to restructure and to raise capital for the company’s business activities.

- Expected trading period: from July 01, 2021 to July 30, 2021.

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
