The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,191 VND per USD on June 23, up 7 VND from the previous day.
 
With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial bank during the day is 23,888 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,598 VND/USD.
 
The rates listed at commercial banks saw slight fluctuations.
 
At 8:30 am, the rates at Vietcombank were listed at 22,890 VND/USD (buying) and 23,120 VND/USD (selling), both unchanged from June 22.
 
BIDV added 10 VND to both rates, listing the buying rate at 22,920 VND and the selling rate at 23,120 VND/USD./.
