According to the Board resolution dated June 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) approved the following contents:

1. The offering price to the existing shareholders to be VND10,000/share.
2. To ensure that the share issue and share offering meet the regulations on the ownership limit of foreign investors to be 100%.
3. To implement the plan for share offering to the existing shareholders and the plan for stock dividend payment.
4. The plan for dealing with the undistributed shares in the share offering to the existing shareholders and stock dividend payment.
5. Documents of the share offering to the existing shareholders and stock dividend payment.
