Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Van Tien Duc as a member of the BODs cum Chairman of the BODs.

-          Mr. Le Thanh Tuan was appointed as a member of the BODs, Deputy CEO cum Chairman of the BOD.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Dam Ngoc Tu as Chief Accountant.

-          Mr. Ha Huy Thuyet was appointed as Chief Accountant.
