On June 17, 2021, the BOD of CII Engineering and Construction JSC approved the following issues:

1)      The postponement of the time to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting in July 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the time to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.

2)      The company signed an audit service agreement with International Auditing Company Limited.
