PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Viet Anh as CEO as from June 15, 2021.

- Mr. Pham Viet Anh was appointed as Chairman of the BOD as from June 15, 2021.

- Mr.Nguyen Duyen Hieu was appointed as a member of the BOD as from June 15, 2021 and CEO as from June 16, 2021.

- Ms.Nguyen Linh Giang was appointed as a member of the BOD as from June 15, 2021.

- Approving the resignation of Ms.Nguyen Linh Giang as Deputy CEO as from June 15, 2021.

- Ms.Truong Thi Anh Dao was appointed as Head of the Supervisory Board as from June 15, 2021.
