The Board resolution dated June 14, 2021, the BOD of Ha Noi South Housing And Urban Development Corporation approved the following issues:
1) Approving the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital due to the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’ equity. Accordingly, the company’s charter capital increased from VND241,449,650,000 to VND277,665,500,000, equivalent to 27,766,550 shares.
2) Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
