On June 14, 2021, KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation received License No.42/GPĐC-UBCK issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) amending the License for Establishment and Operation regarding the increase of the company’s charter capital from VND2,596,316,050,000 to VND3,761,579,550,000.
