OCB: OCB allowed to increase its charter capital

On June 14, 2021, Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HOSE: OCB) received an official document dated June 10, 2021 by the State Bank of Vietnam allowing OCB to raise its charter capital by a maximum of 2,739,765,850,000 dongs from the accumulated undistributed after-tax profit.
