−        Outstanding volume: 39,199,814 shares

−        Estimated issue volume: 3,919,981 shares

−        Total issue value (at par value): VND39,199,810,000

−        Issue ratio: 10% (those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

−        Issue time: Quarter II of 2021, Quarter III of 2021.
